Terms of Use and Brokerage Conditions

Last updated: October 24, 2026 — Version 2026-10

These terms describe the services of 15674301 Canada Inc., operating as Le Bon Forfait, NEQ 1169431441, at 1555 Boulevard de l’Avenir, Laval, Quebec H7S 2N5. They must be accessible before acceptance of a mandate and apply subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law.

1. Services and intermediary role

Le Bon Forfait helps compare offers and forward requests to partners in mobility, Internet, television, telephony and residential or business security. We do not operate a telecommunications network or alarm monitoring centre. Our comparison covers offers available to us and does not guarantee whole-market coverage or the lowest price.

Our plan analysis and brokerage are free to the customer unless a separate service is expressly agreed in advance. We may receive a partner commission on activation; compensation may vary by offer. Provider trademarks remain their owners’ property.

2. Quotes and the provider’s contract

A quote states information available on its date: pricing, taxes, activation or equipment fees, and discount periods and conditions where known. Technical availability, eligibility criteria, provider approval and promotion validity may condition an offer. No material change should be treated as accepted without your agreement.

The provider’s contract governs its service, subject to applicable law and representations made to you. It does not automatically negate a quote or our representative’s promise. Compare the contract summary and first bill with the quote and promptly report discrepancies to the provider and our team. We may assist without guaranteeing the provider’s decision.

3. Cancellation, trial periods and disputes

Cancellation rights vary by service, contract, provider and applicable rules. When Wireless Code or Internet Code conditions are met, notably where early cancellation fees apply, a trial period of at least 15 calendar days may apply, or 30 days for persons with disabilities under the relevant Code. Usage and equipment-return conditions apply.

Ask the provider for the precise conditions and send cancellation requests directly to it within the applicable period; a message to the broker does not guarantee carrier cancellation. Expiry of a trial period does not make the contract irrevocable or remove remedies for errors, misleading representations, disputed billing or other statutory rights. See the CRTC’s Wireless Code and Internet Code. Eligible telecommunications complaints may be submitted to the CCTS.

4. Respective responsibilities

The provider is responsible for performing its contract, including its network, billing, credit decisions, delivery and installation performed by it or on its behalf. We do not guarantee network performance, credit decisions or provider-controlled timelines. We remain responsible for our own obligations and our acts and those of our representatives as required by law.

Before switching, verify device balances, possible charges for the previous service and conditions for any advertised reimbursement. Do not cancel a number to be transferred before receiving porting instructions. Coverage of fees must be confirmed in writing with its conditions.

Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited, for gross or intentional fault, or for bodily or moral injury contrary to law. No fixed $100 liability cap limits your rights. Mandatory consumer warranties and remedies are preserved.

5. Mandate, communications and evidence

A comparison request alone is not a carrier subscription. We obtain your authorization before forwarding an activation request to your chosen provider. Credit checks and sensitive information collection require appropriate information and consent. Call recording requires prior notice and the necessary consent; you may request another channel.

Written exchanges, signatures and lawfully obtained recordings may document a mandate. Their evidentiary weight and consent validity remain subject to applicable rules and may be challenged. Promotional communications and optional cookies involve separate choices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Site use and intellectual property

Use the site lawfully, provide accurate information and avoid unauthorized access or disruption. Our original content and tools are protected by applicable rights; third-party content and trademarks belong to their owners. Commercial reuse requires the relevant rights holder’s authorization, subject to legal exceptions.

7. Applicable law and contact

Quebec law and applicable Canadian federal law govern our services, subject to mandatory protections applicable to your circumstances. Competent courts are determined by law; these terms do not impose an exclusive judicial district that would restrict consumer rights.

Requests or complaints: +1 (438) 814-8602, or write to our address above. Personal information: confidentialite@lebonforfait.ca. Future changes to these terms do not retroactively modify an accepted mandate.
